Chophouse Grille opens in Ogunquit, Maine

Chophouse Grille has officially opened at 50 Shore Road in Ogunquit, Maine, occupying the former location of Five-O Shore Road. The new establishment is led by partners Zach Crosby and Donovan Fraser, both of whom previously served as chefs at the former tenant and have owned the adjacent Caffé Prego since 2020.

The restaurant features a renovated 2,800-square-foot space designed with a modern aesthetic. Described as a steakhouse without the formality, the menu focuses on prime-grade steaks, craft burgers made from a proprietary beef blend, sandwiches, and seafood entrees such as scallops and grilled octopus. The establishment also offers a milkshake program utilizing gelato from Caffé Prego, alongside craft cocktails and local beers.

Chophouse Grille can accommodate 80 guests indoors and 20 outdoors. Operating hours include lunch and dinner from Friday to Sunday, with dinner service only on Mondays and Thursdays.
