Turkish politicians address regional infrastructure and economic issues

In the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, several representatives raised specific regional concerns. MHP Kayseri Deputy Baki Ersoy called for increased investment in sports infrastructure, specifically requesting better facilities for amateur clubs and specialized training centers for amputee athletes. Ersoy also addressed economic security, supporting a legislative proposal aimed at protecting investor rights and ensuring the return of assets related to liquidated investment funds to their rightful owners.

In Niğde, MHP Deputy Cumali İnce highlighted agricultural struggles, noting that apple producers are facing significant losses due to low prices and high production costs. He also advocated for Niğde to be directly connected to the high-speed train network to boost economic development.

In Diyarbakır, AK Party Deputy Chairman Hasan Basri Yalçın discussed the government’s policies regarding democracy and social cohesion, emphasizing a commitment to a ‘terror-free Turkey’ and addressing recent allegations of corruption by stating that criminal acts will not go unpunished.
