CHP withdraws Supreme Court appeal to clear path for party congresses

Republican People's Party (CHP) spokesperson Müslim Sarı announced that the party has withdrawn its appeal to the Supreme Court of Appeals regarding the lawsuit over the 38th Ordinary Convention. The decision was made to ensure that upcoming party congresses and conventions can be held in a transparent manner, free from legal disputes or suspicion. Sarı noted that other plaintiffs had also withdrawn their cases, and he expects the legal decision to be finalized within one to one and a half months.

During a Central Management Board (MYK) meeting led by Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, the party also addressed domestic issues. Sarı criticized the current state of the national education system, specifically highlighting urgent needs for school hygiene and the provision of quality meals for students due to deteriorating living conditions. Additionally, the party addressed economic concerns, including fuel price increases and inflation, while denying rumors of contact with the Yenilik Party.
