Chris Colfer addresses potential ‘Glee’ revival rumors

Actor Chris Colfer has addressed rumors regarding a potential revival of the musical series ‘Glee’. In a recent interview, Colfer, who portrayed Kurt Hummel, stated that he has heard “absolutely nothing” regarding a reboot and has not been contacted about participating.

Colfer noted the difficulty of revisiting the show following the passing of former co-star Naya Rivera, though he joked that fans might react with “pitchforks and jazz hands” if he declined to return.

Series creator Ryan Murphy recently indicated that he, along with collaborators Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan, has completed a script for a potential reboot. Murphy mentioned being in contact with approximately ten original cast members who expressed enthusiasm for the idea, though he clarified that no one has read the script yet and the project does not currently have a series order.
