Actor Chris Evans has put his Mulholland Drive estate in the Hollywood Hills up for sale, pricing it at roughly $8 million (about €6.1 million). The property, bought in 2013 for $3.4 million, spans about 4,080 sq ft of living space on a 33,000 sq ft lot. It features four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a pool, fire pit, gym, gourmet kitchen, and a master suite with a private terrace and spa‑style bathroom. Some furnishings from the "Captain America" film set remain in the home.

Evans says the sale is motivated by family considerations. He and his wife, Portuguese actress Alba Baptista, married in Cape Cod in 2023, and their daughter Alma Grace was born in October 2025. The couple plans to spend more time on the East Coast, where they live, prompting the decision to leave the Los Angeles residence.
