Chris Evans sells Hollywood Hills home for $5.38 million

Actor Chris Evans has sold his Hollywood Hills residence for $5.38 million, marking the end of his decade-long tenure in Los Angeles. The sale price represents a $1.61 million reduction from his initial $6.99 million asking price.

The property had been on and off the market for over a year. After failing to find a buyer at the original price in May 2025, Evans withdrew the listing in November before relaunching it in June with a reduced price of $6.39 million. The final transaction closed at $1.01 million below that revised figure.

Despite the price cuts, the sale remains profitable compared to his 2013 purchase price of approximately $3.52 million. Evans indicated that the move is motivated by a desire to spend more time on the East Coast with his wife, Alba Baptista, and their daughter, Alma.
