Chris Harms announces second solo album ‘Aporia’

Chris Harms, the frontman of the German band Lord of the Lost, has announced his second solo album, titled ‘Aporia’. The album is scheduled for release on January 22, 2027, via Napalm Records, coinciding with Harms’ birthday.

Following his solo debut ‘1980’, which reached the German Top 10, ‘Aporia’ moves toward more modern electronic sounds, synth-driven melodies, and complex soundscapes that differ from his work with his primary band. The album was produced at Boogie Park Studios in Hamburg, marking Harms' first project at the new location following his move from Chameleon Studios in 2026.

To accompany the announcement, Harms released a new single, ‘Find What You Love And Let It Kill You’, which is currently available on streaming platforms. The album title is derived from the Ancient Greek word for dealing with an unresolvable problem, a theme reflected in the artwork featuring a Penrose Triangle.
