Facebook co-founder Chris Hughes has sold a historic mansion in the Kalorama neighborhood of Washington, D.C., for US$ 8.59 million.
Built in 1905 in the Romanesque Revival style, the 758-square-meter residence spans four floors and includes six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Hughes originally purchased the property in 2021 for US$ 7.75 million. Although the home was initially listed for US$ 8.75 million, the final sale price represented a profit of US$ 840,000 over his initial acquisition cost.
