Chris Jericho addresses potential WWE Hall of Fame induction

Professional wrestler Chris Jericho has addressed the possibility of being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Reflecting on his nearly 20-year tenure with WWE, Jericho stated that his career accomplishments, memorable matches, and character creations are sufficient to warrant a place in the Hall of Fame.

Jericho acknowledged that his current affiliation with All Elite Wrestling (AEW) might complicate a potential induction due to industry politics or tribalism. He noted that he is not personally insulted by this reality, given his 36 years in the business.

While expressing openness to an AEW Hall of Fame induction, Jericho emphasized that he considers himself to be in a Hall of Fame through the impact he has had on fans and the appreciation of those who follow his work.
