He noted that while WWE existed independently of his involvement, he finds it more exciting to remain with the company he helped establish. He expressed satisfaction with working under Tony Khan and the organization's growth.

Following his return, Jericho has been involved in high-profile matches, including a recent victory at Grand Slam Mexico alongside Darby Allin and Mistico. He is currently scheduled to face Kevin Knight on an upcoming episode of AEW Dynamite following a loss by the Don Callis Family.
