Chris Kolankowski traded to Toronto Argonauts by Hamilton Tiger-Cats

The Hamilton Tiger‑Cats dealt Canadian offensive lineman Chris Kolankowski to the Toronto Argonauts on Aug 3 2026 in exchange for a sixth‑round pick in the 2027 CFL Draft. The move returns Kolankowski to his hometown team after a season in which he appeared in eight games for Hamilton.

Kolankowski was originally selected by the Argonauts in the sixth round of the 2016 draft out of York University, won the Grey Cup with Toronto in 2017, and later spent five seasons with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, capturing another championship in 2021. Over his career he has played in more than 160 regular‑season games and appeared in multiple Grey Cup contests.
