Chris Pratt relists Los Angeles mansion for $19.99 million

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have relisted their Pacific Palisades mansion in Los Angeles for $19.99 million, marking a $12 million reduction from their initial $32 million asking price in 2023.

The property, which the couple purchased in 2018 for $15.6 million and renovated over three years, is described as a luxury architectural masterpiece. The residence features six bedroom suites, a full-size movie theater, a sauna, a basketball court, an outdoor pool, and a teakwood spa with hot and cold plunge pools. Other high-end amenities include a gold simulator and a spacious kitchen with marble countertops.

This is the fifth time the home has been placed on the market. The couple has previously attempted various price points and temporary removals from the market during the three-year sales process.
