Chris Watson Cruise & Travel expands in Tamworth

Chris Watson Travel has rebranded to Chris Watson Cruise & Travel and opened a second regional New South Wales location at the Windmill Hill Town Centre. The family-owned business now operates from two sites in Tamworth: its original Peel Street store and the new Windmill Hill location.

The rebranding reflects a strategic focus on cruise holidays, escorted group tours, and personalized itineraries. The new retail space features a contemporary design including a coffee corner and a feature bar, intended to provide a more relaxed environment for clients to plan trips.

Managing Director Chris Watson stated that the expansion represents a long-term investment in the Tamworth region and local employment. The business also maintains a focus on community involvement, supporting organizations such as Cancer Council NSW and Ronald McDonald House.
