Chrissie Hynde's missing dog Nico searched for in London

Pretenders frontwoman Chrissie Hynde, 74, has launched an urgent appeal on Instagram after her five‑year‑old Jack Russell cross, Nico, disappeared two weeks ago. Hynde described herself as “absolutely heartbroken” and asked the public to help locate the dog, which was last seen near the entrance of Silkstream Park in Colindale, London.

She warned that Nico may be frightened and urged anyone who spots her not to chase the animal. Hynde provided a description – a tan coat with white markings, black collar with a silver tag – and asked for any information about her whereabouts. Animal‑rights group PETA offered advice on posting flyers and contacting shelters.
