Christian initiation ceremony held in Vall d’Uixó

At the Santo Ángel de la Vall d’Uixó parish, five adults completed their Christian initiation process. The ceremony, presided over by Bishop Casimiro López Llorente of Segorbe-Castellón, included the reception of sacraments to complete their incorporation into the sacramental life of the Church.

In addition to the five adults, 26 other faithful received the sacrament of Confirmation, bringing the total number of individuals receiving Confirmation during the celebration to 31. The event highlighted a growing trend in various Spanish and European dioceses where adults undergo tailored catechesis and discernment processes to return to or deepen their faith.
