Christian Lee to defend lightweight title against Tye Ruotolo

Christian Lee is set to defend his ONE Lightweight MMA World Title against Tye Ruotolo at The Inner Circle 37. The event is scheduled for Friday, November 6, at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Lee, a 28-year-old Singaporean-American with an 18-4 record, holds a significant number of finishes, including 11 first-round victories. He previously made history as the youngest male MMA World Champion in the promotion's history.

Ruotolo, 23, enters the bout as the reigning ONE Welterweight Submission Grappling World Champion. He is seeking to become the first Submission Grappling World Champion to capture an MMA World Title in the promotion. The matchup carries personal weight, as Ruotolo previously handed Lee’s brother, Adrian Lee, his first professional loss via a second-round rear-naked choke.
