Christian Mikoski Accused of Controlling Macedonian Judiciary
Macedonian opposition politician Bogdanika Kuzeska accused Christian Mikoski of running a controlled judicial system that places him above the law. She claimed that recent court decisions, such as the release of Dragan Pavlovic Latash and the reversal of charges against Nikola Gruevski, demonstrate selective justice favoring the VMRO‑DPMNE party.
Kuzeska said, “Ова не е правна држава, а контролирана систем во кој Христијан Мицкоски одлучува кој е над законот,” alleging that prosecutors and judges are appointed and directed by Mikoski, leading to the protection of party‑linked assets and the avoidance of confiscation of criminally acquired VMRO property.
