Christian Tour reports revenue and profit growth in H1 2026

Christian Tour, the first Romanian tour operator listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, reported significant financial growth for the first half of 2026. Total revenue rose 12% year-on-year to RON 184.7 million, while EBITDA increased by 24% to RON 9.8 million, bringing the EBITDA margin to 5.3%.

Net profit for the period reached RON 6.3 million, a 15% increase compared to the previous year. The company achieved record bookings of RON 460.1 million, an 8% increase. Despite lower passenger and booking volumes, the average revenue per passenger rose by 18% to EUR 505, as the company shifted focus toward higher-value travel categories such as exotic destinations and organized circuits.

CEO Cristian Pandel noted that the results demonstrate the strength of the business model despite inflationary pressures and geopolitical uncertainty. The company is currently in discussions with three potential acquisition targets and aims to complete its first M&A transaction before the end of 2026.
