Christiane Franke to host crime novel reading in Neuharlingersiel

The Kurverein Neuharlingersiel e. V. will host a crime novel reading featuring bestselling author Christiane Franke on Friday, August 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM. The event will take place at the Kursaal in Neuharlingersiel.

Franke will read from her humorous and suspenseful crime novel, ‘Matjes al dente’, which incorporates the North Sea setting and local atmosphere. The reading will be accompanied by musical performances from pianist Gernot Schulz and singer Fabiane Buchheister. Following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in conversation with the author and purchase signed copies of her books.
