Christina Stürmer concert in Linz canceled due to thunderstorms

The open-air concert by Christina Stürmer scheduled for Friday at the Posthof's Frischluft-Bühne in Linz has been canceled due to forecasted thunderstorms in Upper Austria.

GeoSphere Austria issued warnings for potentially severe thunderstorms involving heavy rain, hail, and gusty winds, particularly affecting the central area around Linz. The organizer stated that they are already working on a replacement date, which will be announced as soon as possible.

Tickets purchased for the sold-out event remain valid and do not need to be exchanged. While the Stürmer concert was canceled, the 'Musikfestiwels' in Wels was reported to proceed, though with some shortened or rescheduled performances.
