Christmas festivities scheduled across various French cities for 2026

Several French cities have announced schedules and details for their 2026 holiday celebrations. In Lille, the Christmas Village at Place Rihour is set to run from November 18 to December 30, 2026. The event is organized by the Lille Commerce Federation in partnership with the city, offering free entry.

Other regional markets include Arras, scheduled from November 27 to December 27, and Valenciennes, running from November 27 to December 24. Amiens is expected to host its festivities from November 20 to December 30.

In Nice, the 6th annual Grande Parade de Noël will take place on December 6, 2026, from 17:00 to 18:30. Organized by the association Nice Shopping, the parade will travel along Avenue Jean Médecin to Place Masséna. The event serves as an economic driver for local businesses, following a 2025 edition that drew 60,000 spectators.
