Christophe Galtier expresses openness to Ligue 1 return

Christophe Galtier, the current manager of SC Neom in Saudi Arabia, has expressed openness to returning to France's Ligue 1 in the future. In an interview with Le Parisien, the former Paris Saint-Germain coach stated, “I will not close any door to France, nor to ‘my’ league. That is a certainty.”

Galtier, who has previously managed Lille OSC, OGC Nice, and AS Saint-Étienne, noted his deep connection to the French top flight, describing it as the league where he grew and found success. While he remains under contract with Neom until June, he indicated that his future could involve staying abroad in regions such as Asia, South America, or Europe.

Despite the possibility of international moves, Galtier confirmed he has no immediate plans to retire, stating, “I will still be a manager for at least the next three years.”
