Christopher Nicks, brother of Stevie Nicks, dies at 72

Christopher Nicks, the younger brother of Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks, has passed away at the age of 72. His death was announced by his daughter, Nixi Nicks, who shared that he died surrounded by family following a two-and-a-half-year battle with cancer.

Nixi Nicks noted that her father had kept his diagnosis private to avoid causing worry to those around him. Mick Fleetwood, the 79-year-old Fleetwood Mac bandmate, posted a tribute on Instagram, stating that Christopher’s passing brought back many memories and describing his zest for life as a “forever beacon of inspiration.”
