Hull City signs Christos Mouzakitis from Olympiacos

Hull City has officially completed the signing of 19-year-old Greek midfielder Christos Mouzakitis from Olympiacos. The deal, which involves a 50% share of the player's rights, is valued at approximately €15 million. Mouzakitis has signed a five-year contract that runs until the summer of 2031, with annual earnings reported to be around €1.5 million. He will reunite with fellow Greek international Konstantinos Tzolakis at Hull.

In a separate major transfer, Olympiacos has announced the acquisition of 23-year-old Colombian midfielder Gustavo Puerta from Racing Santander. Reports indicate the transfer fee for Puerta could reach approximately €20 million, making him a significant investment for the Greek club.

Following the departure of Mouzakitis, Olympiacos is reportedly looking to strengthen its midfield, with interest in OFI Crete's Giannis Apostolakis to fill the vacancy.
