CHRO Summit 2026 explores the future of work and leadership

The CHRO Summit 2026, organized by BMI Business School with contributions from DataExpert, brought together leading human resources, culture, and business leaders in Istanbul. Under the theme ‘Redefining Balance,’ the summit addressed critical topics including artificial intelligence, the future of work, the skill economy, employee well-being, and organizational agility.

A key focus of the event was the evolving role of Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), emphasizing their transition from managing administrative processes to playing strategic roles in organizational transformation, workforce strategy, and corporate performance.

The program featured insights from London School of Economics (LSE) professor Prithwiraj Choudhury regarding the impact of business transformations on organizations and employees. Additionally, a panel titled ‘Workforce of 2030: Organization, Skill Economy and New Workforce Model’ included executives from Zorlu Holding, TAV Havalimanları, Borusan Holding, and Şişecam to discuss the competencies required for the next decade.
