Chrobry Głogów reshapes squad with goalkeeper sale and releases eleven players

Polish second‑division club Chrobry Głogów confirmed the permanent signing of goalkeeper Krzysztof Bąkowski from Lech Poznań. The transfer includes a clause allowing Lech to repurchase the player within two years for a predefined fee. Bąkowski, who spent most of his career on loan at various clubs, will return to the Betclic I liga with Chrobry, reuniting with former coach Łukasz Becella.

Following a near‑promotion to the PKO Ekstraklasa, Chrobry also announced the departure of eleven out‑field players as contracts expire on 30 June. Extensions were granted to Sebastian Bonecki, Piotr Janczukowicz, Przemysław Szarek and Paweł Lenarcik. Dawid Arndt and Szymon Lewko moved to Arka Gdynia, while Kacper Nowakowski returned to Raków Częstochowa on loan. Additional exits include Krzysztof Janiszewski, Eryk Marcinkowski, Szymon Bartlewicz (to GKS Katowice) and Myrosław Mazur (to Miedź Legnica).
