Chronovisor film receives limited U.S. theatrical release

The film “Chronovisor,” the feature debut from U.S. writer-directors Jack Auen and Kevin Walker, is receiving a limited theatrical release in the United States via Grasshopper Films. Following its premiere at the Rotterdam festival in January, the film is described as an atmospheric, occult-inflected science fiction mystery.

The narrative blends time-travel theory and Vatican conspiracies with an academic aesthetic. To enhance the film's intellectual authenticity, the directors cast Anne-Laure Sellier, a professor of behavioral sciences at HEC Paris, in the lead role of Beatrice, a scholar of philosophy and neuroscience at Columbia.
