Chrysten Crockett, a 36-year-old content marketing agency owner, has relocated from Atlanta to Panama City. After a spontaneous $200 flight from Atlanta to Panama in December 2024, Crockett decided to pursue residency in the country.

Having previously lived in various U.S. cities including Cleveland, New York, Charlotte, and Atlanta, Crockett sought a nomadic lifestyle. Following a tour of Latin America, she returned to Panama to begin the legal residency process in March 2026.
