Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte announces All Saints' Day family program

Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte has announced a special family program for the All Saints' Day holidays, running from October 18 to October 31, 2026. The event features interactive activities designed to engage different age groups through the estate's historic interiors and gardens.

Children aged eight and older can participate in flashlight explorations of the grand reception rooms, including the Antichambre d'Hercule, the Grand Salon, and the Chambre du Roi. These guided tours, led by mediators, include riddles and historical observations. Scheduled dates for these tours include October 18, 20, 21, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 30.

For younger children aged four to six, the “Carnaval des Animaux” offers a theatrical experience where an actress leads a search for hidden animals among the castle's paintings, tapestries, and sculptures. This program is scheduled for October 19, 22, 24, 29, and 31. The estate also offers sound paths and garden activities as part of the holiday festivities.
