Château Malherbe, a winery located in Bormes-les-Mimosas, is highlighting its selection of four wines for the upcoming holiday season. The estate features its 2023 white and red cuvées, alongside the prestigious Louis Ferrari 2022 and Madame Ferrari 2023 labels.

The vineyard utilizes biodynamic practices, having been certified by Demeter since 2021. This approach focuses on parcel-based management and minimal intervention, using indigenous yeasts to enhance vine resilience. The estate's terroir is characterized by a Mediterranean influence that helps maintain moisture and temperature for the vines.

The Ferrari cuvées serve as a tribute to the estate's history, specifically to Louis Ferrari, who acquired the property in 1940, and his descendants who transitioned the estate into a full-scale wine production domain.
