Chubut Government launches digital education and gambling prevention initiatives

The Chubut Government is implementing several educational and social initiatives across the province. In Comodoro Rivadavia, the Ministry of Education will host the 4th Digital Education Congress on October 9 at the Teatro María Auxiliadora. Under the theme ‘AI and innovation to transform the future’, the event will focus on artificial intelligence, 3D printing, digital well-being, and new technologies for students, teachers, and educational leaders.

In Trelew, the provincial government is addressing the rise of illegal gambling platforms among adolescents. Through the Lotería del Chubut and the Ministry of Education, the prevention seminar ‘Apostar no es un juego’ (Betting is not a game) will be held at the Egidio Feruglio Museum. The session aims to raise awareness about gambling addiction and risks among high school students from Trelew, Rawson, and Gaiman.
