Chuck Lorre responds to White House comments via vanity card

Television producer Chuck Lorre has issued a response to the White House through a vanity card at the end of the 'Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage' season premiere. The response follows a recent exchange regarding Lorre’s political commentary.

During a speech at a Project Angel Food charity gala, Lorre criticized the current administration. In response, White House spokesperson Davis Ingle issued a statement suggesting that Lorre should seek psychiatric help to address what was described as “Trump Derangement Syndrome.”

In his televised riposte, Lorre addressed the administration’s public concern for his mental health. He noted that while he is not a fan of mood-altering drugs or electroshock therapy, he would be open to speaking with a professional regarding childhood experiences or environmental toxins that might impact his thinking.
