Chungbuk schools to receive billions in special education grants

Local representatives in Chungbuk have secured significant special grants from the Ministry of Education to improve school facilities and safety across several districts.

In the Jungpyeong, Jincheon, and Eumseong areas, Representative Lim Ho-seon announced the acquisition of 1.774 billion KRW. These funds are designated for six projects, including the expansion of the wrestling arena at Jeungpyeong Middle School, roof waterproofing at Jincheon Samsu Elementary, Oseon Elementary, and Chungbuk Semiconductor High School, and the installation of artificial turf at Jincheon High School and Seojeon Middle School.

In Chungju, Representative Lee Jong-bae announced that the city secured approximately 4.011 billion KRW. This budget will fund four major projects: exterior wall repairs at Yeonsu Elementary, the expansion of an audiovisual room at Chungju Girls' High School, roof waterproofing and painting at Gukwon High School, and playground improvements at Chungju Technical High School.
