Chungnam Province to host Youth Job Planning Day

Chungnam Province will host the ‘2026 Chungnam Youth Job Planning Day’ on the 12th at Geumgang Singwan Park in Gongju City. The event is designed to support local youth in career exploration and job preparation.

The program features mentoring sessions with employees from 24 major corporations and public institutions, including Samsung, SK, Hyundai, LG, Lotte, Kia, Siemens, and Qatar Airways, as well as the Korea National Railway and the Small Enterprise and Market Service. Participants can receive advice on various fields such as HR, finance, marketing, design, and R&D.

In addition to mentoring, the event includes AI job experience zones featuring AI robots and VR-based technology, career counseling, and styling consultations. The event is held in conjunction with the ‘2026 Peak Time Festival’ and will include performances and communication sessions with youth.

Local universities, including Namseoul University, Baekseok University, Soonchunhyang University, and Chungwoon University, will also participate to provide employment support services.
