Chungnam Provincial Council forms special committee for Naepo New Town

The Chungnam Provincial Council has decided to form a special committee to oversee the development of Naepo New Town. The goal is to ensure the area evolves into a future growth hub, an administrative capital, and a key innovation city for Chungcheongnam-do.

The committee, following a resolution proposed by Representative Lee Sang-geun, will focus on monitoring the progress of major projects, including the construction of a general hospital. The final deliberation and approval of the committee's formation are expected during the fourth plenary session of the 371st extraordinary session on September 15.
