Chungnam Social Service Agency partners with eight youth shelters

The Chungnam Social Service Agency has signed a joint business agreement with eight youth short-term shelters within Chungcheongnam-do. The partnership aims to strengthen the early identification, safe protection, and connection of counseling and protection services for youth in crisis.

Under the agreement, the participating organizations will establish a cooperative system for the emergency rescue and counseling of at-risk youth, provide temporary protection and living support, and share human and material resources to revitalize local community support. The agency’s youth counseling and welfare center will utilize its 24/7 ‘Youth Phone 1388’ service to identify youth in crisis and link them to appropriate shelters and facilities to ensure a continuous cycle of discovery, counseling, protection, and living support.
