Chungnam TP hosts 2026 Display Conference on AI and next-generation technology

Chungnam Technopark (Chungnam TP) held the ‘2026 Display Conference’ at Island Resom in Anmyeondo, Taean-gun, to discuss technological trends in AI convergence and next-generation displays. The event was co-hosted by Chungnam TP, the Chungnam Display Industry Enterprise Association, the Korea Photonics Technology Institute, Hoseo University, and Dankook University.

Key sessions focused on the integration of AI into manufacturing processes and the commercialization of inorganic light-emitting displays. Experts, including Samsung Display Master Hong Jong-ho, presented on the changing industrial environment and future prospects. Discussions also addressed how AI can optimize manufacturing and drive technological innovation within the display sector to strengthen regional industrial competitiveness.
