Churrasco On Fire festival to be held in São Paulo

The Churrasco On Fire event, a project by the musical duo Fernando e Sorocaba, will take place this Saturday, September 26, at Parque Villa-Lobos in São Paulo. This marks the fourth consecutive edition of the festival held in the capital.

The event features a premium open barbecue including cuts such as picanha, ancho, chorizo, brisket, and pork belly, alongside seafood options like salmon and pirarucu. The culinary experience is supported by the Team On Fire, a group of approximately 300 professional pitmasters.

Notable attractions include the ‘Máquina do Churrasco,’ a gourmet trailer structure that serves as both a preparation area and a stage element. The setup includes a Ferris wheel of special cuts and a system where hamburgers are delivered to the public via a slide. Additionally, an open coffee station will be available for attendees.
