Chutě kraje food festival to tour Olomouc Region

The Chutě kraje gastronomic festival is launching its second annual tour across five locations in the Olomouc Region during August and September. The tour begins in Šumperk on August 16, followed by stops in Jeseník, Prostějov, Olomouc, and Přerov.

Featured culinary participants include Long Story Short, Bistro Paulus led by chef Roman Paulus, Asado grill, and Telegraph. The event aims to showcase regional brands, farmers, and artisanal producers using high-quality local ingredients. According to Governor Ladislav Okleštěk, the festival is designed to demonstrate the diverse flavor potential of the region.

In addition to food tastings, the festival will feature a cultural program including musical performances by artists such as Heidi Janků, educational segments on healthy lifestyles, and activities for children. The event cycle will be hosted by actress and moderator Markéta Hrubešová.
