Chxrry releases deluxe edition of debut album U, Me & My Ego

Toronto-born R&B singer Chxrry has released the deluxe edition of her debut album, U, Me & My Ego, through XO Records and Republic Records. The expanded version adds four new tracks to the original project: “Big Shot,” “Like A Man,” “Phone,” and “Friends Don’t Kiss.”

A primary highlight of the release is the track “Big Shot,” which features a collaboration with Nigerian Afrobeats artist Rema. The original album, which debuted in May, explored themes of confidence, relationships, and heartbreak, featuring collaborations with artists such as Cash Cobain and Mariah The Scientist.

The deluxe release follows Chxrry’s recent headlining tour and various international performances. Her recent work also includes contributions to The Weeknd’s Hurry Up Tomorrow.
