Cia de Teatro Fernanda Montenegro premieres ‘O Santo e a Porca’ in Palmas

The Cia de Teatro Fernanda Montenegro, part of the Fundação Cultural de Palmas (FCP), premiered the play ‘O Santo e a Porca’ by Ariano Suassuna at the Arnaud Rodrigues Convention Center. The opening performance drew approximately 650 spectators.

Arabelle Hadife, the coordinator of the theater company, noted that the choice of this classic work was intended to reach diverse social layers of the population. The production is part of an initiative by the FCP to provide free access to the arts. Following the Friday premiere, a second free presentation was scheduled for Saturday at 19:30.
