Cia Piemonte convenes wine industry summit in Pollenzo

Cia Agricoltori Italiani Piemonte and Valle d’Aosta has organized the ‘Stati Generali del Vino’ to address the significant difficulties facing the regional wine sector. The summit will take place on October 30, 2026, at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo.

The meeting aims to facilitate direct dialogue between producers, industry consortia, Ismea, and institutional representatives to discuss production, market volatility, and long-term strategies for the next decade. Cia Piemonte initiated the event following unsuccessful requests for the Piedmont Region to organize a similar discussion.

While the regional government will participate through its Agriculture and Food Directorate, the summit seeks to address the diverse challenges faced by different wine denominations across the territory, emphasizing the need for tailored programming and concrete solutions.
