CIA Puglia receives gender equality quality certification

CIA Puglia, an association dedicated to supporting and promoting agricultural entrepreneurs, has obtained the UNI/Pdr 125:2022 quality certification for its gender equality management system. The certification, issued by UNITER, recognizes the organization's policies regarding gender equality in its relationships with employees and its implementation of a dedicated management system.

President Gennaro Sicolo described the achievement as a significant result aimed at creating an inclusive and stimulating work environment. To support these objectives, CIA Puglia has established specific policies and a Strategic Plan for gender equality, including the creation of a dedicated Steering Committee to ensure the continuous adoption of management models that promote equity and inclusivity.
