Ciara performs at iHeartRadio Music Festival while pregnant

Singer Ciara delivered a high-energy performance at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, showcasing her choreography while pregnant with her fifth child. During her set, which included hits such as ‘Goodies’, ‘Level Up’, and ‘Like A Boy’, she joked with the audience about the baby ‘bouncing around’.

Beyond her musical performance, Ciara participated in a panel discussion for the ‘Love, Lately’ podcast in partnership with Gilead Sciences. Alongside host Loren LoRosa and Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, she discussed women’s health and HIV prevention, emphasizing the importance of self-advocacy and regular health screenings.

Additionally, Ciara announced a collaboration with Kidz Bop to launch a competition to find the next child star. The winner will receive $20,000, a music video appearance, and features in Popstar Magazine and Rolling Stone. The initiative also supports the Why Not Foundation, established by Ciara and Russell Wilson.
