CIELO 2026 leadership congress opens in Querétaro

The Second International Business Congress of Organizational Leadership, known as CIELO 2026, has opened in Querétaro, Mexico. The event brings together national and international speakers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders to discuss new models of organizational leadership.

Liliana San Martín Castillo, the Secretary of Labor, inaugurated the event and was honored as the godmother of this second edition. During her address, she emphasized that leadership must evolve to recognize people as a company's primary value. She advocated for the development of strong, innovative, and productive organizations that are also more human, inclusive, and committed to creating opportunities for all.

San Martín Castillo noted that effective leadership involves listening, building trust, recognizing talent, and inspiring growth in others, highlighting that behind every job and company are individuals, families, and life projects.
