CIIF Market to host 22 film projects in Santa Cruz de Tenerife

The 22nd edition of the Canary Islands International Film Market (CIIF Market) will take place from October 26 to 30 at the Hotel Grand Mencey in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The event aims to connect producers, distributors, television networks, and financiers with selected film and series projects to facilitate funding, co-production, and international distribution.

The market features 22 selected projects. Fifteen of these belong to the National and International section, representing countries including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, Spain, France, Mexico, Panama, Peru, and Puerto Rico. The remaining seven projects are part of the Focus Canarias section, which is dedicated to showcasing local talent from the archipelago. Genres range from folk horror and migratory drama to psychological thrillers and fantasy comedy.
