CIMB Niaga Syariah launches KPR iB Xtra Haji Umrah program

PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, through its Sharia business unit, has introduced the KPR iB Xtra Haji Umrah program. The initiative is designed to assist Indonesian families in achieving two major goals: home ownership and performing religious pilgrimages to the Holy Land.

The program offers financing for various property needs, including the purchase of new or second-hand homes, refinancing existing facilities from other banks, and multipurpose financing. As an added benefit, eligible customers have the opportunity to receive a regular Hajj portion or an Umrah package as a direct gift.

Aldilla, Chief of Sharia Consumer and Emerging Business Banking at CIMB Niaga, stated that the program aims to provide financial solutions that align with the needs of customers seeking to plan for both housing and religious obligations. The program is scheduled to run from November 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
