The harvest of the geographically indicated Cimin grape has commenced in the Üzümlü district of Erzincan. The grapes are grown in vineyards that are approximately 200 years old, maintaining a long-standing viticulture tradition in the region.

Cimin grapes are a black-seeded table grape variety characterized by a unique aroma, a tart flavor, and a lower sugar content compared to other varieties. Production takes place across approximately 10,000 decares of land. While average annual production is around 6,000 tons, yields can fluctuate between 5,000 and 10,000 tons.

Most of the produce is consumed within the domestic market, but there is also significant demand from Europe and the Middle East. In local markets, the grapes are being sold at a price of 200 Turkish Lira per kilogram.
