Cincinnati Bengals coach Zac Taylor discusses rule violation and preseason plans

Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor admitted to breaking an NFL rule for eight years by having a staff member initiate replay challenges instead of throwing the challenge flag himself. Taylor explained that he designated chief of coaching staff Doug Rosfeld to handle the flag because Taylor is often unable to see all plays while communicating with players.
