Cineflix secures international deals for ‘Anna Pigeon’ series

Cineflix Rights has announced multiple international distribution deals for the crime procedural series ‘Anna Pigeon’. The ten-part adaptation of Nevada Barr’s bestselling novels has been sold to various broadcasters and streaming platforms, including UKTV, SBS (Belgium), Disney+ (Portugal), Canal+ (Czech Republic and Slovakia), TET (Latvia), and Pickbox (Balkans).

Produced by Cineflix and SEVEN24 Films for USA Network in association with Bell Media, the series stars Tracy Spiridakos as Anna Pigeon, a national park ranger who solves crimes within park grounds. Although the story is set in a Montana-based national park, the production was filmed in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The first episode is scheduled to premiere in the United Kingdom on UKTV’s U&Drama on October 6.
